BBMIND is a mobile application designed to offer mindfulness sessions. It comes from the collaboration between the Department of Psychology of the University of Milan-Bicocca, the Bicocca Center for Applied Psychology (bicapp) and the Carlo Besta Neurological Institute of Milan. In the clinical field of the management of chronic pain and individual psychophysical well-being, BBMIND is a tool for delivering behavioral intervention in addition to the traditional pharmacological treatments.

BBMIND is a user-friendly app to self-manage mindfulness practice that allows stimulating the active role of patients, a valuable resource in the management of chronic painful conditions. Also, BBMIND enables objective data collection, the foundation for studying and improving mobile applications, currently recognised as practical tools for clinical and research purposes.
